Annette Barclay

Annette Barclay (Volunteer Manager) has volunteered for the past five years in the Piano Section of the Festival. She is a retired high school French teacher; her last position was at Oak Bay Secondary School. For many years, as Department Head of Modern Languages, Annette was involved in organizing countless events. Many of her students participated in the Festival, and she believes the Festival is a valuable asset in our community and is willing to coordinate volunteers to ensure the Festival continues to be so.
