Adjudicated sessions will be held from April 23 through April 27, 2012, at St. Matthias Church Hall.
The Honours and Awards Concert will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at 7:30 pm, at St. Matthias Church Hall.

The Syllabus contains deadlines, registration details, rules and procedures, a list of available classes and information pertaining to performance in each of the Festival's Sections including the cost for registration in each class.
Registration dates for Speech and Dramatic Arts performers are from November 14, 2011 through 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 14, 2012.
Registration forms and payment can be delivered in person to the Festival office on Balmoral Road or mailed to the P. O. Box number.
Registration can be done in person on Saturday, January 14, 2012, in Room 200 of the First Metropolitan United Church offices off Balmoral. Section Heads will be present. That day at 4:00 pm is the deadline for Speech and Dramatic Arts registration.
