Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of GVPAFA will be held at 7:00 PM on October 27, 2020 via Zoom

Paying your membership will ensure your eligibility to vote at the AGM.  If you have paid your membership and wish to vote, please contact the festival office at festival@gvpaf.org and we will send you the Agenda, Zoom link, President’s Report, Financial Statements, and the biographies of the directors up for election. 

 Membership costs $5 and must be paid by 4pm on October 23, 2020.  It may be paid by cheque (to 21-21 Dallas Road, Victoria BC, V8V 4Z9) or electronic transfer to festival@gvpaf.org.
