When you donate to the “Make Festival Happen” Fund, you help us pay for everything from venues to professional adjudicators, concert programs, office space and staffing required to coordinate each Festival event.

Every year, over 100 donors generously contribute to over 400 awards that are distributed throughout each discipline in Festival.

These awards are commonly in memory of someone who had a passion for the performing arts as a means of continuing their legacy of support for participants with outstanding performances.

Our partners fund our work with performing arts educators to develop artistic skills and a love of the performing arts for all ages and skill levels in music, dance, and speech arts.

Advertisers have partnered with Festival for decades as a way to connect with thousands of performers, volunteers and audiences in the Greater Victoria community.
