Registration for Festival 2026 opens on January 5th, 2026

Closing dates:

Studio and International Dance - January 19th

Guitar, Composition, Piano, Speech, Strings, and Voice – February 4th

Brass, Choral, Fiddle, Woodwinds, School Bands, School Orchestra – February 11th

School Dance – March 13th

Before registering, please make sure you’ve read the rules & regulations, as well as the syllabus for your section.

You do not need a PayPal account to process your registration payment! PayPal is just the secure portal that we use to facilitate payments. If you do not wish to sign in with a PayPal account, just click the “Pay with debit or credit card” button to enter your card information without an account.
Yes! Before doing so, please make sure to check the session dates on our website to make sure there is no overlap in dates. If there is, please contact us to let us know, and we will try to schedule your sessions on different days.
Unfortunately, due to the number of registrations we receive, and the complexity of scheduling a festival as large as ours, we are unable to accept late registrations.
Our volunteer section heads begin creating the detailed session schedules as soon as registration closes. This often takes a few weeks. Once the schedule is complete, we will upload it to the website under the “Section Details” page. Participants will also receive a confirmation email with details on how to find the schedule once it’s uploaded.
