In 2027, the Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival will celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 100 years of artistic achievement, educational excellence, volunteer leadership, and community impact.
Since 1927, generations of performers, educators, adjudicators, families, and volunteers have come together through the Festival to discover their voices, develop their talents, and experience the transformational power of the performing arts.
Our Centennial Celebration is an opportunity to honour the people who built our Festival, share the stories that shaped our community, and invest in a vibrant future for the next generation of artists.

Whether you performed on stage last year or sixty years ago, volunteered behind the scenes, taught students, adjudicated classes, sponsored awards, or cheered from the audience, your story is part of our history.
We're building a Centennial Legacy Archive and would love to hear about your connection to the Festival.
We are looking for personal memories and stories, photographs, videos and recordings, volunteer memories, teacher and adjudicator experiences, and family traditions connected to the Festival.
Your contributions will help us preserve Festival history, build our Centennial Legacy Archive, inspire future generations, support Centennial celebrations and exhibits, and feature in Centennial communications and storytelling projects.
