We are extremely grateful for the loyal and generous support of our Sponsors and Donors. Your contributions are critical to ensuring that Festival can sustain its operation and continue playing a key role in the performing arts community of Greater Victoria.

If you would like to be part of a community that provides young performing artists with an opportunity to express themselves, develop their skills, inspire and engage with other performers, and give back to their family, teachers, and community supporters, please go to Canada Helps or click on the links below to print the donor forms.

We greatly appreciate and accept all donations. Tax receipts will be issued for all donations of $25 or more. Please be aware that it may take up to a month to receive your tax receipt. In order to provide a tax receipt for the entire amount of each donation, Canada Revenue Agency limits the number of complimentary tickets we can offer donors. Please refer to the following for levels of giving and associated recognition:

All donations are recognized in the Festival program.
Sustainer - $250 to $499 - 1 admission to the Roberto and Mary Scholarship Concert
Benefactor - $500 to $999 - 2 admissions to the Roberto and Mary Wood Scholarship Concert
Patron -  $1,000 and over - same as Benefactor plus 4 admissions to Highlights Concerts

If you wish to give In Honour or In Memory of someone special...A tribute gift to the Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival helps in the delivery of our annual community festival which provides young participants performance opportunities in adjudicated sessions by reputable professionals who foster inclusion, education, and recognition at concerts and in awards program.

In Honour - consider a gift to the Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival if you wish to honour someone special or for a special event such as a birthday, retirement, wedding, or anniversary. Please accompany donations with desired language 'In Honour of ….', which will then be included on our Donor recognition page on the Festival website.

In Memory - We welcome donations intended to commemorate the passing of family members, friends and colleagues. Please accompany donations with desired language 'In Memory of ….', which will then be included on our Donor recognition page on the Festival website. 
Donations may be directed toward our General Fund which supports expenses associated with session and concert venues, adjudicators' fees and travel, office administration, and promotion/publicity, or to a specific discipline in our Awards Fund for recognition of deserving performers. Trophies are gratefully declined due to associated engraving and storage expenses.
